Building & Sustaining High Performance Teams
What enables a group of people to come together as a high performance team? How can leaders encourage teamwork within a group? What are the most common obstacles to people working effectively in teams? This seminar explores the answers to these questions and more as it leads participants into an exploration of what enables a group to become a high performance team. We’ll examine the work of leaders in creating the conditions that enable teams to become effective and identify the actions of leaders in each of the four stages of team development to guide any team to great performance outcomes.
