Project Management: Essential Planning Tools Anyone Can Use

This class gives you the essentials of project management that you can apply immediately back on the job and at home. Project management is used to develop better efficiency, save time, money, and forecast errors in the plan. This class introduces participants to planning pitfalls, milestone charts, work breakdown structures (WBS), project review questions and more! This is an interactive class where participants will make a milestone chart and work breakdown structure and review a past project.
