Supervisory Management Two:
Leadership development resumes in four key areas (1) orienting people to your work unit, (2) understanding communication behaviors, (3) managing time, and (4) delegation. We build on the skills learned in the first seminar and focus on maintaining a productive work group.
Supervisory Management Two will be in a hybrid format. The first three sessions will be online from Noon - 3:00 p.m. There will be one hour of unscheduled work time to work on assignments. The fourth session is in person from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
ONLINE SESSIONS:
March 4, 11, and 25, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
IN PERSON SESSION:
April 8 from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., LOCATION: University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, Wittich Hall, Room 1102/1104
The Zoom meeting information will be included in the confirmation email sent prior to the event.
