Topic: Managing Employees

Most people struggle with critical thinking skills for process improvement, decision making and problem solving. This class provides tools and techniques to make this much easier! You will learn how to do process mapping, plan "Kaizen" process improvement events, uncover wasted time, improve safety, save money and reduce quality errors. The Toyota Motor Company and other organizations will be used as interesting examples of applying these Six Sigma tools.

You will also learn how to use the mind map tool for creative problem solving to generate "out of the box" ideas with your team fast! Uncover the power of right brain/left brain thinking for work or home issues. A unique ten point decision making checklist will be provided to help you make better decisions every time.

Participants will work through small group critical thinking and decision making activities, build process maps for their own work, and use the mind mapping creativity tool. This is an interactive, fun class that will provide you with many proven techniques and ideas you can immediately apply back on the job and at home.
