A+ Decision Making: Choose The Right Strategy The First Time

Research has identified that when making decisions, we have a preferred “go to” process, which can be effective or ineffective given the circumstances and our audience. This training will provide participants with awareness about their decision-making preferences, the challenges or blind spots of those preferences, and how your style can impact your team. You will also learn tools to master all three styles to solve complex problems and make the decisions that will benefit the future of your organization.
