This class covers the importance of both internal and external customer service as well as specific psychological factors in poor or excellent service. You will learn the bucket theorem, the CPR technique, as well as the importance of delight and surprise. This is an interactive class where participants will share their experiences and analyze them for excellence and areas of improvement in small group activities.
