Supervisory Management Two

Learn about leadership development in four key areas: (1) orienting people to your work unit, (2) understanding communication behaviors, (3) managing time, and (4) delegation. We build on the skills learned in the first seminar and focus on maintaining a productive work group. Note: You can take Supervisory Management Two even if you have not yet taken Supervisory Management One.
