UWL Building Your Brand Lab - Session 3
Building Your Brand Lab Are you a small business owner? Do you need help creating or updating a business website? Are you trying to establish your brand or create an online presence. Are you struggling with where to start or what to do next? The Wisconsin Small Business Development Center (“SBDC”) at UWL is launching a FREE “Building Your Brand Lab” to help you get your business where it needs to be. Lab activities include creating a website, growing your social media following, developing marketing materials, and working on your search engine optimization (SEO). You will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with business and communication students to accomplish your branding goals. Join us for four workshops beginning March 30, 2020. Workshop dates are on Mondays: March 30, April 6, 20, and April 27 in room 118 Wimberly Hall. Please bring a laptop or tablet. Sessions consist of an instructional period (normally about 45 minutes long, starting at 4:30 p.m.) followed by a lab period when participants can work on marketing activities and get support from the instructor and students. April 20 - Website Development Strategies Looking to enhance your web presence? This session will cover strategies on how to assess and develop your new or existing website. The Building Your Brand Lab is program created by the SBDC to help provide additional support to area businesses seeking to create or enhance their brand and online presence.
