Supervisory Management Three
Communicating clear, specific expectations to people is critical for operational effectiveness. Giving feedback during day-to-day coaching sessions and during formal performance reviews is an essential skill. We discuss why there is resistance to performance assessment, how to establish job expectations, and how to conduct productive coaching sessions.
Supervisory Management Three will be in a hybrid format. The first three sessions will be online from Noon - 3:00 p.m. There will be one hour of unscheduled work time to work on assignments. The fourth session is in person from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
ONLINE SESSIONS:
April 15 from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. April 29 from 11:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
IN PERSON SESSION:
May 6, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 PM, LOCATION: University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, Wittich Hall, Room 2127.
The Zoom meeting information will be included in the confirmation email sent prior to the event.
