Fri 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Topic: Managing Employees

This class offers great stress relief for those who work in a rush, crisis, "put out fires everyday" mode. Learn how to work more efficiently and combat the ten major time wasters. Save time on the phone, set work/personal life goals, develop a short-term balanced life plan, organize your workspace and home spaces with Six Sigma 5s organizing principles, prioritize your work with a practical daily time map tool, combat procrastination with four mental techniques, save time in meetings with useful tips and gain a better sense of time and life control.

Participants will have ample time to reflect and develop a short term life plan using the wish listing method. Everyone will also do a daily time management survey to show where they are strong time managers and areas for improvement. An unusual rapid goal achievement formula will be presented based on years of research studying peak performers. This class is a crash course in practical time management techniques offering something for everyone. Many ideas are clever, easily applied and can be quickly taught to your work team.
