The Entrepreneurial Training Program (ETP) provides the tools you need for business idea testing and business model improvement. Through instruction, guest speakers and coaching, the course serves those who are considering starting a business, owners of existing businesses struggling to get a handle on all the details, and those with successful companies that they want to grow. The ETP program is a course that offers an easy to follow step-by-step process based on the Lean Startup Framework. The sessions will begin in April, 2022. Fee is $1000. First, apply for the grant to cover $750 of the fee at https://www.grantinterface.com/Process/Apply?urlkey=uwex. Once accepted, register for the class and pay $250. This class will be held in a hybrid online/in-person format. Additional information on session dates/times will be provided closer to the beginning of the program. The Zoom meeting information will be included in the confirmation email sent prior to the event. Note: Due to changing situations with COVID-19, this class might become online only. If that happens, details will be included in the confirmation email. There will also be an information session held on Tuesday, April 5 at 5:00. Session Details: Session 1: 4/14/22 from 5-8 p.m. - virtual session Session 2: 4/21/22 from 5-8 p.m. - virtual session Session 3: 4/28/22 from 5-8 p.m. - virtual session Session 4: 5/5/22 from 5-8 p.m. - virtual session Session 5: 5/12/22 from 5-8 p.m. - can attend virtually or in person Session 6: 5/20/22 from 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. - in person followed by optional networking, collaboration, and time to work on ETP workbooks Note: May 20 is on a Friday (rather than Thursday) and the time is changed to 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Fee: $ 250.00
