Building Your Site + Connecting with Content (MSBB)

WordPress provides software to self-host blogs and websites. This presentation will explain how to obtain a domain name, set up web hosting, set up email accounts, install WordPress and build a website. In addition, you will learn how to install plugins such as contact forms, e-commerce platforms and appointment scheduling to enhance your website.

It’s important to know how to manage the blog section of your website as part of a content marketing strategy. Content marketing can be used for inbound marketing, outbound marketing, branding, customer retention and SEO. You will get tips on creating content such as blog articles, listicles and infographics as well as how AI tools come into play.

Attendees will learn:

How to set up and built a website How to set up email accounts with your domain name How to integrate keywords into your content and website Best practices for content creation.
