Raising Equity for Food Businesses
Raising Equity is designed to help food and farm businesses successfully raise money, both debt and equity. Instructed by FFI Founder and Innovative Finance Expert, Tera Johnson, this training helps companies raise money legally and effectively. Through four live virtual group sessions and two one-on-one consulting sessions, Tera will help you make your business model investible, start assembling a financial package request, and develop a game plan to successfully raise debt and equity.

Logistics and Details
This training is limited to 10 businesses. It includes 4 group sessions and 2 one-on-one consulting sessions with the instructor to be scheduled separately.* All programming is conducted virtually.

One-on-One Consulting – Each business will receive a one-hour consultation in the afternoon after either session 1 or session 2 and a 30-minute consultation in the afternoon after session 3.
Registration includes a seat for 2 people (so you can bring a business partner or other trusted advisor).
*Additional consulting besides what is listed on the training days can be purchased if desired as part of a course enhancement.
