Navigating Uncertainty
In this 4-session program, enterprise leaders will develop different stories of how the future could unfold and craft strategies for addressing both planned and unplanned changes. From government policy shifts, emerging AI and automation impacts, and weather disruptions, to food safety protocols and manufacturing options, there are a range of changing dynamics that impact food-focused enterprises and their context.
Navigating Uncertainty will help your enterprise plan for multiple possible futures and identify what it will take to be successful and resilient no matter which direction the wind blows.

What Participants Have to Say
Phenomenal! Everything I’ve been searching for, in a nutshell. As I work to launch my own business, Eric was amazing at identifying groups that are succeeding in my specific area with regional, organic, regenerative food — there's no other way I could have known about them. And for my work supporting food hubs, I received comprehensive scenarios and investment strategies that are so useful in helping them scale and sustain themselves!
