The SBIR Advance program is aimed at helping you achieve commercial milestones to gain traction for investor readiness, but what happens once you get your foot in the door? It is likely you will have conversations with investors about term sheets. This session will cover term sheet basics and some typical scenarios with the goal of elevating your understanding and confidence in preparation for those future conversations.
