What You Need to Know Now About AI: Data Privacy Regulations and IP Protections
Since ChatGPT was released to the public in late 2022, Artificial intelligence (AI) has reached an inflection point where it needs to be part of every discussion about product development and business operations. Entrepreneurs, funders and techies are eager to harness the power of AI to unlock data insights, drive operational efficiencies and propel innovation.
Mike O’Malley, SVP of Strategy for SenecaGlobal, will cover two key aspects of AI that are important to entrepreneurs, but don’t get much attention in all the hype around the technology:

Find out what you need to know about auditing AI algorithms and implementing compliance processes.
- IP protections – What are the four steps you should follow when creating or enhancing a solution that incorporates AI? Then, how do you secure your intellectual property (IP) from bad actors and copycats?
