NIH Presubmission Panel Review

Do you plan to submit to NIH in April? Please register with CTC to participate in our free Presubmission Panel Review. CTC, in collaboration with a panel of expert reviewers, will simulate the NIH review process to help you improve your SBIR/STTR proposal ahead of the January deadline. This registration will remain open until the noon deadline on March14, 2023. Please submit your proposals in a single PDF.

Draft proposals are due to Rob Baranowksi (Rob.Baranowski@business.wisconsin.edu) AND Margaret Ramey (Margaret.ramey@business.wisconsin.edu) by Noon on March 14th. Please expect review results by EOB March 22nd.

Once submitted, your proposal is sent to our hired panel of expert reviewers, handpicked to be knowledgeable about your innovation. The expert reviewers read and critique your proposal, and then come together via teleconference to discuss the proposals further. You are not permitted to attend this meeting, as CTC tries to mimic NIH review procedures as much as possible. Once discussed, proposal feedback will be compiled and send directly to you.
